Friendly staff, easy parking, no elevator. About what I expected at this price. Nice Italian restaurant next door, plus corner ice cream stand that was doing the business.

Realy din’t like my stay they started to make lost of noise at 7 a.m. on sunday morning because they was installing floating floors . Serious I don’t know what they where thinking about on a sunday morning.

It's in a very good location and the staff were very friendly. Some of the guests in the front building didn't respect the bo smoking signs. We learned about the deluxe rooms in the back building on this trip. Overall, it was good and we would like to return.

I was on Toronto because my husband was having surgery which was stressful enough. I booked this motel thought it was close to the hospital. I booked a “delux room”. What a joke.! Burn holes in the floor, furniture so old, baseboards coming off wall. Also wasn’t able to sleep due to loud neighbour at all hours of the night and raccoon I. N garbage bin fighting in the night! I only stayed 2 of the 7 night non refundable stay. Upon checkout they asked if I wanted to change rooms butI gel very uncomfortable staying there. I tried calling Expedia to see if due to the circumstances I could get some kind of refund. They contacted the motel directly on my behalf but were unsuccessful. I

*Perfect for concert goers* Queensway Motel turned out to be better than all the bad reviews made it out to seem. There were no bugs, not even a cobweb in our room. We got our deposit back right away as we checked out despite what another slanderous review stated. Is it outdated? Yes, but so what, all we needed was a place to sleep after hitting up a concert at the Amphitheatre. Raj is a good dude and this place is perfect for concert goers.

This place is not clean had a strong smell of cigarettes throughout the whole building. Staff are rude rooms are dirty. There were power outages. I wasn’t expecting much for the price but honestly the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The bathroom has mold and the overall air quality is poor. The towels were so dirty I had to ask front desk twice for new towels each time I got dirty yellow stained towels that look disgusting and not even washed. They even tried to fight me and tell me they’re clean. I would never stay here again! Please don’t cheap out on your stay pay a couple extra dollars for something that is more comfortable. This whole place is a biohazard and shouldn’t even remain open

Was supposed to stay for 4 nights. Changed my mind co’z the room was dirty and checked out after just one night. I just wasted my money because I didn’t get a refund. This motel was in a very good spot and I don’t know why they don’t wanna spend renovating their rooms and keeping it clean for their guest.

For the solo traveller this is a good place, the building itself is older and could use an update but if you are travelling alone its a good place for the price. The staff was very friendly and it really had what i needed.

The bathroom is dirty, it was disgusting to even take a shower, there is mold on the walls. There is not even a kettle in the room, not even a bottle of water.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed at. I know price is cheap but it’s NOT worth it.
