Please make improvements, Amaris.
1. The front desk staff is slow, and they've only been here for two months without any support from their seniors, making them incredibly slow and annoying. They weren't given the Wi-Fi password, and the room they were given had a rumbling AC. The AC needs to be fixed.
2. Room amenities must be requested; if they're not requested, they won't be given them.
3. When someone checked in and wanted to use the elevator to get to their room, an employee wanted to throw out their trash and put it in the elevator with a customer. They showed no respect whatsoever, putting them in the same place as the garbage elevator.
4. The breakfast menu had little variety, unlike at Amaris Padjajaran.
5. The AC needs to be repaired or replaced to stop the noise.
6. There's more food at the Amaris Padjajaran branch, but there's not much here.
7. The hospitality was excellent, and the cleanliness was excellent, but the rest wasn't so great, especially since the front office has only been around for two months.
The service, no, from the start it was not good, even though every time I go to Jogja, Surabaya, Bali I always stay at Amaris and this is the first time I've found something really bad at Amaris, please improve Amaris so that its service doesn't go down because I'm a regular at Amaris.
