This hotel is strategically located, offering easy access to food, and offers excellent amenities on a budget. The only downside is the unstable Wi-Fi.

Staying here feels like getting a jackpot. Everything is good, the only downside is that they don't provide tissues on the table, only toilet tissues. The room is okay, the AC is cold, but the wifi when used for work is not strong. In the future, if I go to Solo for work, I will stay here.

My favorite hotel when I go to Solo. I've stayed there more than 50 times. Clean, affordable, and comfortable. The only thing that's lacking is the breakfast. The food is plentiful and varied. Unfortunately, the taste never quite matches. Sorry, but it seems like the chef isn't the one cooking, but someone just learning to cook. Please correct me to make it better. And I suggest that frequent customers have a membership/corporate program with special rates like other hotels in general.

Strategic location, in the heart of Kotabaru, easy to find food. If you have more than one guest in a room and want to use the water heater, you'll have to wait a while for it to work, as it's limited to 15L. Some corners still have dust, and the mini fridge still has food stored by previous guests. Overall, it's pleasant. Highly recommended.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. It's located right on the corner of a major intersection, a bit tricky for those who haven't been there before. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. The desk, however, was quite small, making it a bit of a hassle for those working on a laptop. Overall, I was satisfied with the room.
