Not bad but the location is not ideal - was supposed to be offered an upgrade and it wasn’t even mentioned

It’s a nice place

Second time staying here. My room’s bathroom had that dirty pipe smell - and I had a pricey river view suite. Called for an ice bucket - I said I’d come downstairs but they insisted on bringing to my room - waited an hour then I called and cancelled it. Getting a couple of extra coffee pods was an absolute act of parliament. Will probably try elsewhere next time for the price vs service and smells, especially when I compare to my last stay.

Everything was perfect. Our room wasn’t quite ready so we got a free glass of Prosecco whilst we waited! Everything was great.

Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Extremely clean. Staff was wonderful.

Great anchor to see the main sites of London with great food and drink options nearby. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

Great stay! Staff is amazing, rooms were clean, nice shower, location was perfect! Planning to stay again next time I’m in town.

From checking in to checking out the following day most things were wonderful. The staff so friendly and helpful. Lovely room/bathroom and service and drinks in the 12th floor bar. The only downside was the breakfast, we had to wait absolutely ages for a coffee but the lady was very apologetic and we hadn't been told there was actually a help yourself coffee machine at the other end of the breakfast room. For the price of the breakfast we all thought it was rather substandard with not enough choices of fruit/meats/cheeses which for a hotel of this standard sadly lacked.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in whilst visiting London. Great room, fantastic breakfast and the most friendly team you could ever meet.
