Great location. Clean comfortable big rooms. Good breakfast in nice hacienda kitchen environment. Only Deon is WiFi in the room was inconsistent.

El hotel está muy lindo, limpio y bien ubicado. Los colchones son demasiado duros, no es posible dormir a gusto. Algunas llaves del agua abren al revés por lo que se desperdicia agua, ya que al quererla cerrar uno la abre más y en el caso del agua caliente hasta uno se quema cuando lo que se quiere es cerrarla. Uno de los días no hubo agua caliente así que no nos pudimos bañar. Le ponen tanta sal a la comida que, de plano, es incomible. El personal es muy amable.

Basic Hotel Accommodations, no Restaurant service other than Breakfast. The Toilet could be upgraded....needs a bit of work, it looks old.

We decided to stay in Coatepec to go to the coffee museum. Relatively easy to find the hotel, and parking is just over the road. Lovely room, spacious and cool. Helpful staff and inclusive breakfast was good value. We stayed just the one night; wish we’d stayed longer!

Overall a great experience. The location was great walking distance to all the restaurants and the main plaza.
