Great view and value. Good breakfast and COLD beer. Excellent, helpful staff (especially Sachin). Minutes walk from both Palolem and Patnem beaches, the location and privacy of this hotel were without compare. We really enjoyed our stay, and hope to come back with friends and family!!

The cottages are a little removed from the beach scene and in a very quiet and peaceful site. My only complaint was that I was robbed, and was not warned to keep my doors and windows closed at night.

Excellent place to stay when we arrived in Goa. It was just before pea season so a lot f renovating going on but this was no problem at all and we could enjoy peace and quiet before the crowds. A bit of a climb over the rocks so not great for less anbled people but no problem if your mobile. Really great staff very chilled and relaxed. We are vegan and enjoyed paratga and pickles for breakfast.

As an American living in Goa, I must say that this resort is exceptionally beautiful and well-placed on both a cliff-side overlooking the ocean and Palolem, as well as it's own private beach cove. Palolem Beach is only a short, 10-minute walk. The property itself couldn't be any more beautiful for the price; however, the service at the restaurant was unbearably slow (even for Goan standards - my girlfriend is Goan and made particular note of this). Aside from the service, the food was quite tasty; although I was served toast with my breakfast with a large, noticeable amount of mold on it. In short, if you plan to eat elsewhere (lots of options), then I would highly recommend staying here for the view and comfort alone.
