The Hotel is amazing. I stayed at Jr. Suite with no hot water and the sliding door with no locks. The pool was great but service on the restaurant not so friendly. Waitress had an attitude all time. Found a hair in my breakfast plate and was not offered an apology, I just sent her back. The hotel could run so much better if they get their stuff tightened up. Hotel has the potential to grow.

The view from our room was excellent. We could see the whole bay. Kitchen was fully equipped, and staff were awesome. Very clean

The hotel is in a very convenient location for access to restaurants and stores. It was clean and bright, and the pool gave a beautiful view of the ocean. A very comfortable experience.

Staying 2 nights the staff accommodation for a quiet room perfect they had a gentleman bring up my luggage and show me how the remotes work for tv and lights

Staff and hotel, in general, was very good. Great location. However, the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept on.

Centrally located

The location was great, the staff though wasn't very friendly. No way to have the room cleaned ahead of time and no courtesy coffee

Way to expensive for what they offer. Pictures of the hotel are deceiving. The place is still under construction with no elevator from the parking area, no carts for the suitcases, the oldest towels in town and the restaurant can't handle more than a few customers.

In the add say that it has parking lot and is not what advertised, we have to parked our car in the street because is only 4 spots in the parking lot. It was no hot water we stay there and since day one we asked for someone to come and fix it, until the next day they show up. And they never fix the hot water issue. The air conditioning system made a lot of noise all night not sure why, we reported all this and nothing was fix. I will not recommend this place.

Loved the infinity pool and the view of the ocean.

The rooms where clean and staff where great. I think they need to put more $$ into the pool. Safety first. The front of the pool needs work.

I paid $113.00 a night for your nights and had No hoy or even warm water. Only cold.
