Was ok

I use this property every time I come to the area for work. I know check in is 4pm and I arrived an hour early and was told that I had to pay $20 for an early check in. I have arrived earlier than than that before and never had an issue. Everything was amazing and the property is amazing and I book it every couple months that I need to come here. I do highly recommend this hotel.

Staying at the hotel was fine and everything was perfect ..But the hotel charged my credit card over 500$ when checked in while they confirmed the knowledge when checked in that rooms fully paid throught Hotels.com and it took over a week and spending long time ( during my vacation) talking by the phone multiple times to different people trying to get money back... the hotel management ruined my vacation!

We had a great stay here. It's our second time going there as it's easy access to everything it's clean.

The room was clean and large. The bathroom was very nicely done. The mattress was very comfy and the pillows were great.

Front desk employees Shirley and JR were lovely. One young new Asian employee on the front desk was rude, arrogant and lazy. I’d highly recommend this hotel as the rooms were clean and it’s well- located. We were thankfully moved away from a bunch of party animals which we were very grateful for. We will stay there every time we go to Montreal.

Nice hotel! Rooms are big. Bed was comfy. Breakfast had a bunch of options. Fitness center was decent. Microwave in public area but does have fridge in room. 24/7 coffee paid or free. Parking is free and plentiful. Definitely recommend this hotel.

My car got broken into a brand new 2025 truck There security cameras did not work the gentleman in the morning tried to get it to work then I came in my last night there came talk to them in the morning no one even communicated with the staff that my car was broken into while that was not communicated either was the fact that the General manager was not there one time

Suite à des circonstances incontrôlables, j’ai eu à écourter mon séjour, donc canceller la deuxième nuitée prévue. À la réception, la préposée semblait prête à procéder mais le gérant, après plus ample vérification, m’a avisé qu’il ne pouvait m’accorder ce crédit car la réservation avait été effectuée via EXPEDIA et qu’eux seuls pouvaient accorder un tel crédit erreur que ce n’était pas dans leurs habitudes….. Cette réservation avait été faite via HÔTEL.COM et non EXPEDIA !!! De plus, je m’étais rendu sur le site de l’Hôtel Brossard et je croyais avoir traité directement avec celle-ci ??? On ne m’a jamais avisé que je serais redirigé vers une autre entité HOTEL.COM qui me confirme ma réservation et que je doive m’adresser à EXPEDIA pour un remboursement qu’ils rejettent sans mot dire ! Ces manipulations quasi mafieuses méritent d’être dénoncées avec vigueur.

My go to when in Montreal. My only complaint is there is a lot of noise heard from the entry door to all the rooms and most of their windows are fogged du to broken window seals but otherwise great place to stay with free and ample parking.

Their policy regarding cleaning and changing your bedsheets is after you have been there for 3 days, then they feel as though your room should be cleaned and the bedsheets changed. We had to ask for towels and facecloths. It has a very dark interior and is gothic appearing. It has the haunted mansion feeling to it. They also don’t empty your room trash, until the third night of your visit. Not a hotel I would return to or recommend.
