Going into the alley to go quite deep. Very far from the beach (have to walk a kilometer from the hotel to swim). The elevator is very smelly. Wi-Fi doesn't work. The pool is small but quite clean. Very good service staff, not hurling, we do not pay much attention to customers. The single bed is a double bed and placed next to each other. (Reserved as a single bed) Refrigerator in the room has light but not cold at all. If staying here for peace, it is OK.

The rooms are beautiful and clean. The service is very good offline.

The staff was friendly and were usually quick about attending to your needs. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable no matter which position you tried sleeping in.

I would hardly call this a resort, but it is a well priced hotel with clean, modern rooms, friendly staff and close to Kamala Beach. (such as it is) Kamala is well serviced by many good restaurants, bars and 7-11s, all within walking distance of the hotel. Would recommend this hotel and will stay there again.
