M Hotel needs to work with Blok M Square parking management to get parking fee discount for hotel guests.

Great location - only 5 minutes walk to the Blok M MRT station - despite window absence in my room :(. Breakfast was great; not many choices but good selection. A lot of great restaurants around the hotel. Hotel services were great though; super friendly staff. Recommended for people seeking quick easy access and convenience.

I am very disappointed, since 2 am I have heard very loud noises and rough work from downstairs, no respect for the people who are staying. I have called the receptionist twice to confirm about it but there was no change until 4:40 I still heard the same noise. Sounds like throwing things or whatever it is in a bad way or cleaning up, the point is it is very disturbing comfort and can not rest and sleep. A hotel is a place to stop and rest, we should pay for comfort. From the beginning I also upgraded my room so I could rest and sleep comfortably, but it was useless I paid. In the end, I can't sleep until now at 4:45. Where is the manager, please fix it, imagine if you were in my position, tired, want to rest and have paid, but even can not rest and I want a refund for my booking the next night. Thank you.
