The location is very convenient both to walking to interesting places, to the shore, and to public transit. This room is very spacious and comfortable. The beds are not too hard, but still supportive. The bathroom was luxurious with nice toiletries. Hotel staff was efficient and helpful, except that the cleaning staff forgot to leave towels on two occasions. The breakfast is exceptionally good with many options and good quality fruit, etc. The hotel restaurant was one of the best we ate at while in Panamá. Overall a superb choice to stay in Panamá City.

Large room, clean hotel, nice pool.

Room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing! Reception staff very friendly, efficient and professional. Lovely pool and gym. Would highly recommend this hotel

All was good nice and clean

Food was good , hotel needs a LOT of renovations. Carpet was dirty, and the steam room is not really steamy. But i felt safe the whole time i was there and staff were friendly.

As always a wonderful stay . This is our go too hotel when in Panamá City . Just a great centrally located place with fantastic friendly staff.

The room was clean, the staff were accommodating and displayed excellent customer service. The amenities were accessible and their breakfast buffet was AMAZING! It was one of best hotel breakfasts I have ever had and the options were great! The hotel was great overall, but the layout felt a bit cramped. The lobby restaurant, elevators, and rooms were all quite small, and more space would have made the stay more comfortable.

The room is very clean, the bed was very very comfortable, breakfast was delicious with a lot of healthy food ( fresh fruit, vegetables, yogurt, oatmeal. The pool is clean. Staff is very friendly

Amazing stay. Location is wonderful plus a delicious breakfast. Rooms are comfy and spacious.

The room upon arrival was clean and well organized. There is likely a concern with linen par as there were no wash cloths placed in the bathroom. Upon closer look, one of the bath towels was well past its lifespan for guest use. Upon request, the terry items were replaced within 5 minutes of the call. All staff members were courteous and helpful which ensured that our stay went well. The rainshower feature was not operable throughout the stay and may require repair or replacement. I did not report as the handheld unit worked perfectly allowing for a great shower experience. Thanks for ensuring our first visit to Panama most enjoyable!!!

The bed was very comfortable. Good location in the city. House keeping was excellent only they kept taking the towels to wash without replacing sometimes. The breakfast was mediocre. Some of the restaurant staff was not to nice seemed unconcerned.

Reception staff were very helpful. Breakfast was a bit chaotic and tables very slow to be cleared, also the food to be replenised. But great hotel location and besides the room smelling damp then would stay again.
