We had a very good stay at the hotel, the room was clean and bright, staff were friendly. Great location, our room had an ocean view. The hotel granted us a later check out, which was much appreciated.

Clean comfortable room with very helpful staff. No elevator to the second floor so elderly patrons might want to keep this in mind and request a room on ground level.

It is in a great location to walk all around the town… Clean and meet with a good buffet breakfast

My only complaint was a lack of lighter breakfast options - the only fruit was a basket of oranges but nothing but butter knives to cut.

Time flexibility would have been more appreciable. We checked in at 5 am and the checkout was at 11 am. Given the timing variations caused in travels i think consideration is the most important to gain loyal customers.

We arrived at 3:00 AM due to two cancellations of ferry crossings between Horseshoe Bay and Nanaimo. The fellow at the reception desk was most kind and wished us a good night's sleep/
