Old rooms not matched with the pictures posted on internet. The Parking is a mess some metalic structures used to park the cars which complicates a simple task. Missing steps to conect to wifi in the guideline given. The parking lot in the back side not what I expected to park my car. ( dusty place)

Cold nights and no heater. The suite was poor and very noisy. The windows do not lower the street noise.

No refrigerator in room. Towel service did not include wash rags

Room walls aren't the greatest. My neighbor had music going. -- white noise machine works wonders though. Overall not too far from downtown and Texas Road House. Their system was down to make keys and properly check reservations. Had to wait 45 minutes to get into my room.

Room was good and clean, however, they only left coffee the first day, when i called to requeat more for the rest of the stay, they said they had no more. No bottle of waters in the room and I had to go on the hallway to get water from a machine. They only had half of a toilet paper roll and only put a new one last when i was about to leave. Towels were old, and only the day before i left, they out a decent towel.

checkin was a nightmare. Only one person, a very disorganized group and had to wait for a long time for a 3 minute checkin.

Breakfast is not having much options and there was no identification for dish also. Lot of mosquitoes are roaming around the counters also. 2nd day one dish was supposed to be sweet as day 1 but it was sour. They simply removed the dish with no replacement. Also order pasta and pizza that also not up to the mark of Domino’s Make a written complaint at reception during checkout. Hope they will improve

It was booked for business. For this purpose, it was great.

Excellent place, clean and comfortable rooms. The zone where it is located is not great though, so consider that you will have to take taxis everywhere.

Sucio, había un pañal sucio detrás de la tele, poca limpieza.

Staff was great. Clean. Quiet. Great beds. Great bathroom.

I was positively surprised by the size of the room (king bed), it was quiet, renovated/fairly new, comfortable bed and pillows, in the hall you had filtered water, this was a big plus. Areas for improvement: TV was small, 2 towels were a little dirty. I was charged extra for faster internet but I did not opt for that option.

Bed sheets were dirty, headboard appeared to have bloodstain on it as well.

Food not good; room service close by 10:09; chooses in the m Nu horrible; phone not working; I will not stay there again.
