The location is strategic and near Chinatown MRT. The room is okay, but the upper bed is too short, so my head often gets bumped. There is a common room too.

In the bathroom there are disposable underwear that are not thrown away, garbage piled up in the toilet.

This was my first time staying in a dorm, but I was very happy because it was cheap, centrally located, and the staff were enthusiastic. There's a shared lounge area in the lobby, and the shared kitchen and laundry facilities are pretty good. Compared to the price, it was better than I expected.

The staff is friendly, the hotel area is very clean, there is a microwave and water dispenser so you don't need to buy water 😁, the bed is also comfortable, the distance to the MRT is very close, just cross the street, the hotel location is close to everywhere, finding a place to eat is also easy, the best in short. The only downside is there is no elevator so it's tiring going up and down because my room is on the 3rd floor.

I love the staff, they are like family.

I didn’t expect anything at first because it’s very cheap. But everything was fine when I arrived. Easy check-in, receptionists were very friendly, water and everything else was awesome for me. Definitely will come back if I go to Singapore again!

The stay was somehow unpleasant. The room had a strong odor/smell due to high humidity in the room or something.

The hostel is as clean as home, and Siti is friendly and kind. I really felt at home here.

The location is amazing, the bed is tidy and clean. The shower is not hot though, but overall, a good experience. You can store your luggage until 6 PM only.

The older sister is very cute. The young girl and the black cleaner are extremely rude. If you do something to offend them, they can kick you out of the hotel at any time. You spend money to live, but I think they kick you out like you are a homeless and disrespectful person. The bed is also very small and the pillows are very thin. It's so bad to stay here.

The location is very strategic. Getting anywhere is very easy and convenient. The only downside is the bed is wobbly. Luckily, I got the top bunk.

The place was okay, and the location was great. The only problem is the check-in time is 3 PM, but check-out is 11 AM, so I felt like my stay was cut short somehow :'( Also, the bathroom was a bit messy.

I always love to stay at this hotel. The location is just across the Chinatown MRT Exit F, making it so much convenient for us to travel around the city. Also, there is a bus station nearby. The hostel is also surrounded by very good local restaurants and is about a 10-minute walk to the Maxwell Hawker Center. The lady staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back!
