nice location ! nice staff !

The cost on Expedia was only a total of 20 euro less than booking directly with Marriott..I would have booked directly with Marriott for my upgrade options and points if I had known. The 4 star property is pretty run down. The towels were well worn, the mirror in the bathroom I had had a giant crack at the bottom, and the shower smelled like mildew. The staff was friendly and helpful, the a/c worked, there was a Nespresso for coffee to use in the morning and the location was convenient to walk to everything central to Dijon.

I was hesitant on this stay based on recent reviews, however, everything about our stay was great! The hotel is very unique, comfortable and in a prime location. Highly recommend!

The only lift broke down and not working for at least 4 days, very difficult for people to walk 4-5 flights of stairs, especially for elderly folks and those with leg issues.

Need to vacuum clean all carpets daily- rooms and hallways!

Most hotels take an imprint of your credit card in advance for minibar usage. In this case our credit card was actually debited €100. Shower leaked. Difficult to regulate the room temperature. Great location.

I think it was in a great location and a unique hotel.

Bedroom is modern with updated amenities, the shower has great pressure and blow dryer is fantastic, bed and linens also very comfortable. Parking is easy and safe. Lots of restaurants and shops and lots to do is literally around the corner.

This was a great location for visiting Dijon. It is in the heart of everything but still peaceful and quiet. The decor was cool. We liked the bar and the breakfast was nice. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very nice and allowed us to check in early. I used the pool and sauna. The pool is a little smaller than pictured but fine. The sauna was great.

Good quality. Room was small but beds comfortable and TV integrated with mirror interesting. Service at breakfast was great. Breakfast was good. Loved relaxing Reading Room. 'Gym' needs weights Spa pool is more a wellness dip with integrated jacuzzi Overshadowed by its neighbour a little

We booked Vertigo very last minute because our first hotel was awful. We booked because this was our only option. Amazing location safe secure parking. Amazing welcome at reception. The hotel is quirky and very contemporary. Only a one night stay but fantastic.

Quirky hotel in the city centre. Our room was right at the top, the ceiling was worryingly close to my husband’s head when he got up in the night for the loo!!! But all good for the price and a stop over.

Overall very good. Great location. Rooms are small. Hotel is right in the center of city so it’s a very good location!

Small double bed room. Clean, mini-fridge, mini-bar, multiple TV channels (4 in English). Central location right near Darcy Park.

We got what was surely the worst room in a hotel. Turns out most if not all the rooms are like this, even though it is a US branded hotel (Best Western). There were bright orange and green lights IN OUR ROOM! I kid you not. For $200 a night, we paid to advertise our hotel. Blackout curtains didn't help. And I stupidly paid $20 for a glass of wine at the hotel bar in a town where wine is $3 a glass. Bought a bottle at a local wine shop for $4 for the next 2 nights. Not sure if there are "dark" rooms. Didn't think to ask. Check it out.

Property was fine. Staff was great. A/C didn’t work well in first room but they moved us to another room and gave us a fan.

This Hotel rates as a 10 +++. I’ve travelled the world & loved this Hotel so very much! Friendly Reception, MarveLous EVERYTHING! Superb!!
