We came for 2 nights but our stay was amazing so we extended for another 2 nights. We were celebrating Birthday and it was great to find in the room Birthday amenities and every day some cookies in thye room. We traveled with a baby and we were happy to see that hotel offers everything what you can only imagine for a baby. Only one thing was little updetting that housekeeping entered room one time without knoking the door and baby was sleeping and another time at 11pm they also tried to enter our room which was very strange at such time.

Our stay started with more than a 1-hour wait for our room, despite the check-in being supposed to be at 2 p.m. The food and the internet are excellent; everything else is very bad. The hotel has been renovated recently, but they fixed it in a very bad way. It seems time ran away, and they wanted to open it before the season started, as the finishing shows in the pictures. Most of the workers here are not professional and are always angry for no reason. Housekeeping is horrible; I have never seen such bad quality cleaning in any 5-star hotel before. Honestly, for such payments, we expected much better services. I don't recommend this hotel 👎

Amazing place for an holiday and great food … it was really hard to get taxi’s as non of the drivers were taking any bookings .. we had to go through the hotel reception which cost us a bit extra

Amazing food and desserts, great hospitability. Room was clean, pool was cool and clean. Indoor pool was a bit smaller than we expected but it was quite nice. Highlight of the trip was definitely the food. Kudos to the cooking and service crew. Wine quality could be a bit better, that is the only negative!

Great property for family vacation with kids. Clean, good service, good food, day and night entertainment. Thanks to management and all staff for great efforts to keep this property at proper level.

It was a magical place, everything was perfect :)

Big pool, close to the beach. Difficulty communicating with staff other than russian or turkish language. Reception send you to guest service and guedt service send you to back to reception. You cant make phone call outside the hotel unless you go to reception.

I tried cancelling a week before going there The Hotel didn’t help in any refund or credit Even though I had just reserved the hotel

I went to this hotel with my friend, we enjoy our time there, and we enjoy the beach and the food was good, but the dinner was better than lunch and breakfast The beach is good and the pool was amazing The room was clean, and big enough for tow single bed
