Friendly staff, clean & welcoming

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. However even our 13 yo daughter complained about the hard bed

FLOOR WAS DIRTY..... THE A/C WAS VERY LOUD.... VERY NOISY

The staff was great the one lady with long dark hair slim she was like family so sweet

Spending almost $300 for one night, I would think I could at least have a clean room. Bathroom had boogers on the wall, every corner in the room and bathroom had dirt buildup, the window curtain was falling apart and covered in holes and stains, food on the walls. The digital temperature display lights weren’t all working so you couldn’t tell what temperature you were setting.

All round a great property! The young man at the front desk at night was awesome!

Nice large comfortable room

We asked for a blanket for the sofa bed and they told us they didn’t have any. There was no body soap in the dispenser. Easy to the worst holiday inn we have stayed at. Everything just felt dirty. The beds were comfortable.

The stay was great. Pool wasn't open but it wasn't warm enough for it.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff

There was water all over our floor leaking from the mini fridge when we arrived and continued throughout our stay. The pull out bed for my daughter was covered in mildew and mold. There was hair on shower walls. We found medication in the floor that turned out to be a muscle relaxer. Luckily I don’t have a young child. Terrible experience. The manager was apologetic but told us that she couldn’t do anything to make it right because we booked through hotel.com

Bathroom showe was very nice and shower pan was not slippery.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's not a new hotel but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

I always get my best sleep at this hotel. It is clean, modern, and comfortable. I stay here a few times a year for business and have never been disappointed.
