Didnt notice air conditioning, parking was safe and secure but a bit of a faf , specially with 2 big suitcases

Likes - Location, breakfast, secure underground parking although you need to book in advance, we had the disabled room, although we are not disabled, hence we had a larger room with huge wet room. Dislikes - room a bit basic and worn, like a travelodge that has seen better days, grumpy receptionist, male, on arrival really made you feel welcome, not.

Comfortable bed and friendly staff. The breakfast downstairs was nice. Parking onsite was convenient when rebooked although the spaces and exit are pretty tight.

A really great stay. A very friendly welcome. The room was very clean and comfortable. Great value. Although you had to pay for the car park it was very secure and off the street. It is brilliantly close to the centre of Metz which we thought was a great city. It is a great stopover if you are travelling to Italy or beyond.

Perfect location for an overnight stay to explore Metz. Hotel was nice and clean. However parking is a bit of a walk from the hotel and no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Friendly staff, clean and functional rooms, bed was super comfy! Exceeded expectations for a budget stay, would recommend and stay again!

The hotel is about 9 minutes walk from the Metz railway station, but some road maintenance work is doing around the hotel which made it a little bit inconvenient to walk around. Hotel staff were polite & nice, air conditioning was good & quiet, breakfast with lots of choices. I definitely recommend this hotel & will stay again in the future.

Well located. Has parking. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Bed very firm. Pillows too soft and those horrible plastic duvet protects toes that make you sweat all night

Excellent little hotel in a great spot. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, we had an excellent stay over and would happily recommend and stay here again. Breakfast also very good and recommended.

It is quite a charming hotel..It has a very warm atmosphere The reception was excellent. The receptionist gave us information about the hotel and the city. It was a great welcome. The hotel has no laundry service. That is the only inconvenience I found but I can manage. I highly recommend this hotel. It has an excellent dining room with great menu.

Clean Hotel, polite staff, quick walking distance to many attractions/landmark/sites, and near many restaurants for a great price.

Perfectly situated for the Christmas Markets in a lovely part of Metz. Very comfortable beds, but bathroom was in need of an update. Room smelt slightly like cigarette smoke but we were able to air the room out and it was fine! Would stay again.

The rooms are small but worked for us. We did miss having a mini fridge in the room. I know there is not a lot of room but under the desk would work perfectly. The staff overall was good but we did not get a welcoming feeling. Our biggest disappointment was the lack of communication about the restaurant hours. We came down one evening to see if they could seat us and we were told it was closed to the public for a private group. We saw no signs and had stopped in earlier asking to see a menu. A little information about the closure would have been nice.
