Resort was very clean. Staff were very helpful. We had the all-inclusive package which included all meals and alcoholic beverages. It also included use of the spa but we did not know this until several days into our trip. We were booked into the second building that they had rather than the main building. Not sure why. We did have a balcony and beach view which was awesome. We had to walk down many stairs outside to get to our room. It was not great when it did rain. The website said they had a cafeteria that was available from 11 AM to 11 PM, which we didn’t know about right away either. When we asked about it it wasn’t really a cafeteria it was an area in the bar where you could purchase small snacks. That was not my idea of a cafeteria. There was no hot tub, only two outdoor Jacuzzi‘s that had cold water. It was still a great vacation.

There was no air conditioning in the room. Bar lady was rude. Shower floors are poorly designed, all the water is throughout the bathroom floor. Food was ok, all inclusive doesn’t include better drinks, some generic local stuff only. The location and water fron views are very good.

The staff were very helpful, breakfast very good, great little bar and terrace. Very Clean in hotel. Rooms a bit cramped and i should have asked for an accessible one as i struggled getting in and out of bath to get a shower

Decent location and hotel but can be a little on the noisy side come 5am when the clubs start kicking out due to it being practically right on the magaluf strip.

The hotel was great and we enjoyed the food and access to the beach. The surrounding area was full of young people partying but the hotel was peaceful and quiet. I would stay there again.

Excellent Staff. Is not a four stars hotel as advertised. Location is perfect for young people on holidays who wants to party hard.

It had a great view at night from room balcony the breakfast was good and fresh.

Elevators are small and slow. Used the stairs most of the time. Tiny shower in my room was a challenge. Overall the facility was clean and efficient.

There is a lack of sound proofing in the hotel so you can here when someone coughs in the next room or shuts their door.

Great location. Rooms clean and tidy. Never a problem getting a sun lounger. we went at Easter and the air con hadn't been switched on as it wasn't hot enough yet. It did get a bit warm at night in the room.

Room was quite sad and dingy. No aircon or amenities listed. The bedroom didn’t even have a big light just lamps. When I asked for an iron they said I could see if someone returned one the next day… pretty unhelpful. They said I could have an adaptor then when I went to get it they said they don’t have it. Food was okay, average buffet style, pretty boring lunches though. The alcohol seems watered down which is especially sad with the 3 drink limit. The communal areas are really nice and the location to the beach and the spa were great. Most of the staff are super friendly. Not luxury standard which was to be expected but still not near a solid 4 rating. Local transport is close and the local restaurants are pretty good. Oceans restaurant and portofino were the best. Plenty to do at night however I didn’t partake as I was with my younger sister. Overall it’s a 3.5/5 from me, not a bad stay but not the best (:

Beach was steps away without crossing any streets. Nice wide boardwalk for the restaurants and shops. Very plesant

A little better than expected in Magaluf. Room very clean & in good condition. Nice view of beach. Decent food choice. Right in the centre of town so noisy but only what you can expect from Magaluf. We were on top floor facing the beach so slept pretty well.

Old, needs upgrade. Needs friendly staff that want to help tenants. Too many deposits for things that should be in the room for a basic hotel.

If i had one complaint it wouldbe the shower in the room...tiny almost impossible to get a shower
