This place is truly impeccable and high end! From the moment we arrived, the greeting and check-in process was seamless, warm, and highly professional. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, and both the building and guests are cared for to an exceptionally high standard. Every detail feels thoughtful and refined without ever feeling pretentious. The rooftop bar is absolutely breathtaking, with incredible views across the summit of Cerro San Cristóbal. The breakfast was unlike anything we’ve experienced before. The à la carte offering was outstanding, and as frequent travellers, that is not something we say lightly. We were only transiting through Santiago on this occasion, but after this experience we will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Fue increíble todo perfecto

We loved the location and the friendly atmosphere of the Singular. The breakfast menu included plenty of delicious foods and fruit. The drinks offered at the rooftop bar were awesome. Our only complaint was that the hot water proved difficult to regulate in the shower.

This is a boutique style hotel and not like the major chain jumbo size hotels. The building is a bit old however they keep it well maintained. attentive staff and good services. Looking at it and compare it to similar size hotels, they are very good!

Absolutely fantastic property. Couldn’t be a better location. Housekeeping is subpar for what the property is but the staff and everything else is fantastic!

The staff went above and beyond. The hotel is well located and had everything we need. The spa facilities were fantastic after a long travel day.

The singular Santiago was amazing, the staff made the difference in this hotel, everyone absolutely everyone will go above and beyond to make sure your stay exceeds your expectations. The quality of the breakfast and the restaurant menu is superb and their pisco is to die for. Lastarria is a very pretty and safe area so location couldn’t be better. My only suggestion will be for the TV in the room to be bigger in size since rooms are massive ( at least the type that we booked). Thanks again to all the staff!

The Singular is an elegant hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The staff anticipates all of my needs. The room was spotless and very comfortable with a view of the Lastarria neighborhood. The food was varied, fresh and delicious. The location is terrific for walking around, near other restaurants, and close to major sights. I would return tomorrow if I could.
