I would give my stay there a poor rating, although the staff was excellent. I made a few friends there. Patrick, the driver, is very kind and helpful; there was Donald also the door keeper and helper; Reginald, the server and others. Also the food was excellent. However, my 104 room had a broken chair, you couldn't lock the bathroom door, the AC thermostat didn't work, you could see the wear and tear of the furniture, etc. I did sleep well, but for almost 200 dollars a night room, they can do a better job.

They need to put towels and wash cloth place need to be renovated.

Best place to stay in Port-au-Prince.

My staying was great. Staff provided good service, very friendly and safe. You feel protected while in premises due to the level of security measures.

The waiting for the food. I couldn't eat the chicken wings because the chicken wasn't fresh.

Location, was easy for my family and friends to come visit in a country where transportation is convenient for them.
