Great stay!

Automatic check-in was straight forward. Got the code from the machine and went to the room. Room was spacious enough for our needs but 4 in the room would be tight. Supermarket and McDonalds were a 5 minute walk away but you will need a car or a taxi if you want to get anywhere else. Overall a pleasant stay.

Chambre 1 adulte 3enfants avec i lit double et une mezzanine 2lits 1 place mes enfants ont adoré ;la climatisation n était pas bruyante mais couvrait surtout le bas de la chambre ;accès au distributeur et pdj avec code chambre;arrivée hors horaires accueil on nous a envoyé un mail la veille pour le code du distributeur extérieur pour payer la chambre

Comfortable and very practical hotel conveniently located by the motorway (but not noisy) for those needing an overnight break. Good parking at the hotel. Discount at nearby restaurants!

It's perfectly fine and nice. Check in is through a computer. Not much going on in the neighborhood but walkable to the tram

Football euro 2016 stayed 4 nights,no fridge,should be a motel not hotel b&b,as they are off the beaten track had a 10-15 min walk from tram stop or had to wait 30 mins for bus

Stayed here for Euro 2016, hotel was a 5 minute walk from La Terrasse Tram Station and then 10 minutes from the stadium and centre of St Etienne. After initial problem checking in as no reception the hotel was fine for a 1 night stay, would probably stay closer to the centre if went to St Etienne again

500 yards from tram stop, easy access to town centre, breakfast choice modest, but quality good, especially the scrambled egg! Make sure you know your booking code for out of hours check-in, this is not the expedia booking number!

Odeurs de cigarette dans la chambre. Insonorisation vétuste. Sale et bruyant. Mérite de nombreux travaux.

Hôtel très calme, très bien situé. Proche de la station de tram. Idéal pour se rendre au stade Geoffroy Guichard. Que demander de plus? Et il y a un grand parking. 👍

Salle de bain. Vraiment trop petite. Les toilettes sont collees au lavabo.

Heureusement que je n'étais pas seul, il manquait la poignée de porte de la salle de bain. Nous avons du utiliser un couteau pour débloquer la porte. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir des voisins qui nous ont fait profiter de leur musique jusqu'à tard dans la nuit ...

la chambre PMR au premier étage sans ascenseur pas du tout à mon gout. je donc allé dans un autre hotel
