I forgot my hanging bag of clothes at the hotel. Chris went out of her way and packaged them up and took them to UPS and shipped them to me. Great customer service 😀!

Nice, clean hotel. Staff was professional and friendly. Breakfast was standard. Pool area was nice, pool water was warm, which I like. Price was fair.

The room hadn’t been vacuumed and the air conditioner didn’t work properly.

I love this hotel. One of my favorites. However, there was only one staff there, and she was nice enough, but seemed to take a long time to deal with her hotel work. Other than that, a great stay. I love the amenities and the general environment.

The facilities were clean, well kept and safe. The beds were comfortable, bathroom clean, and the staff was friendly.

We were welcomed upon entry. There was a new person learning the ropes and she was doing well. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds warm and cozy. We enjoyed a drink at the bar and went to a nearby place for supper. We were welcomed back and asked if we needed anything. The seating areas outside the rooms are comfortable and well lit for reading. Breakfast was a typical continental style. All food was served at the appropriate temperature. Check out was easy. Will stay here again when we head north.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room, lobby, breakfast area were clean. Breakfast was good. Hot tub was nice and warm. In the process of remodeling the pool room.

Booked a deluxe room, but was not ready for us when we arrived at 5pm. Gave us a smaller room. They told me they would reimburse me money, but still have not seen that.

Front desk was amazing he checked on us all the time, we reserved party room. It was perfect for our large family.

Wifi was out for two days prior to our visit and wasn't notified beforehand or at check-in but was able to arrange a partial refund between the hotel and Expedia. Also walkway and parking was icy and slipped and fell on a patch of black ice, hurting my hand. They quickly came out and added more salt to the walkway.
