Lovely hotel. We stayed with breakfast included. Found the menu for evening meals was a bit limited. So thoroughly recommended the family restaurant opposite. Bar staff were lovely and staff on breakfast duties were also very attentive.

Didn’t like the smell from some work that was underway. Other than that it was quiet and relaxing

The thermal bath was relaxing and the staff was very helpful and accommodating to all our needs

Check in horrible, Sent us to room with 30 degrees celcius. We complained. They moved us to room with air conditioning. Room 3 star type. But thermal baths very excellent. Breakfast average.

There was trouble with the AC on the first night. Otherwise hotel stay was pleasant.

We have stayed here before. The pools are very good but the rooms are small. The breakfast is better than I remember!

We picked this particular hotel because it was near family and we’ve stayed here before. Nice hotel and breakfast was plentiful. We specifically didn’t stay with family because they don’t have air conditioning but might have well have. This hotel controls the air conditioning with very little control on our end. No matter how many times we addressed the issue that our room was too hot it went on deaf ears. Staff seemed unsympathetic. 4 years ago it was the same issue and my husband had to get really angry to get the situation rectified. This is the last time we’ll stay here. For a hotel that promotes wellness they should consider a good nights sleep just as important as their spa services.

The air conditioner didn’t work and there was a terrible smell

The hotel is gorgeous but the air conditioning wasn’t working - we complained but they told us that they couldn’t do anything- this is not the first time we had this issue here. We really enjoyed the breakfast

This hotel is a joke. We get there and they give us the wrong room. The air conditioner doesnt work, and it was 95 degrees. No pne answes the reception room and the rooms smell like mildew. The tv doesnt work. Horrible experience would never recommend. They should close the hotel down

This was not a 4 star hotel.

Enjoyed it. Staff was very accommodating. Best to have a car to get to it, but you can arrange ahead of time for a taxi to pick you up from the traIn station (30 minutes from Salerno).

Great place enjoyed every minute of it

We enjoyed time spent in the thermal waters. We enjoyed the services & food at the bar at mid day. It would have been better to have fresh coffee at breakfast instead of the machine.

THE POOL AND TRANQUILLITY, food was good, wine was good,

Ths rooms are basic by North American standards however the thermal pools are excellent. The thermal water comes from the Sele river which can be seen from the property. In addition to the large pool there are mud pools. Staff tried to charge extra for entering the pools but acquiesced. Region is popular with Italians otherwise not well known.

Our room was brand new! Extremely clean. And staff was friendly. My teenage daughter and I loved the thermal pools.

See photos showing fire doors propped open and fire detector covered. All alarm operation units were also covered. The fire alarm system in this part of the complex would not work in the event of a fire situation. There was no documentation on display as is required by law about what to do in the event of a fire. Building work was on going on the floor above us. This building was not ready for occupation. This building did not conform with Safety legislation The room staff and restaurant staff were exceptionally good. If you are going to recommend premises you should ensure that all legislstion is fully complied with. WiFi was not good

Very good hotel with an excellent pool, the room is big and and nice classic The breakfast was reasonable.

Rural Italian village with good spa and pool areas. The sulphur in the pool does smell but you get used to it quickly. Rooms are modern, staff are adequate. Must have car to explore local villages.
