Front desk employees aren’t polite and the AC does not work appropriate. Also, you can hear the noise from the other rooms. There was loud music on floor six I called front desk. They did not do anything about it. I’m not complaining about the loud music. I’m complaining this was at 7 AM.

Cumple lo básico para tener una estancia económica. La limpieza de los cuartos podría mejorar considerablemente. El desayuno es promedio aunque también podría mejorar.

The location was good to access the Polifirum but the lack of working ac made everything expectionaly wet due to the humidity and sleep was nearly impossible. We had 2 rooms and only one had working AC

The location is great. It is located in a secure area of a shopping center with its own parking area. Great restaurants within a few steps from hotel. The staff were very professional. Hotel has hardwood floors—no carpets, which are great when suffering any type of allergies. It is next to fair grounds and stadium. The hotel offers free continental Mexican breakfast which is basically a full breakfast. In the future, we will definitely stay at this location.

This Hotel was a great solution to a problem with another one, and it was 8 minutes walking from the place I needed to be for three days. Very nice staff, cozy litle room which is pretty what me and my wife needed. We had parking, overall very nice.

El hotel está dentro de una plaza pero tiene su propio estacionamiento por lo que está bastante seguro, en la plaza hay un par de bares de alitas y costillas por si quieres ir a tomar una cerveza y hay musica en vivo en uno de ellos, a pesar de eso en la habitación que nos tocó no se escuchaba nada de ruido y pudimos descansar muy bien, habitaciones limpias, AC, todo en buen estado

Disappointed that there was no hot water for the shower. I was not offered a different room or options. Aside from that, the room was clean, the hotel is nice and lots of restaurants around it.

Central City location and transportation. Near great eateries and access.

Very nice budget hotel. Close to fairgrounds, has wifi, parking, and breakfast. Rooms are clean. Can be a bit noisy. Seems the walls are pretty thin.

Horrible- las paredes no tienen filtro y TODO se escucha- TODO. El personal no quizo apoyarme con una mejor habitación porque según ellos “todas las habitaciones son igual.” Ahora sé donde nunca hospedarme.
