The receptionist was very friendly, explained everything he asked, the upgraded rooms were amazing.

The staff is very friendly. The hotel location isn't bad. Can walk to the Kun lam statue in 3 minutes.

Good The hotel is luxurious at a really cheap price for a 5-star class hotel. The friendly service will basically stay here again if you go to Macau

The staff was so helpful! Clean and opulent rooms for an affordable price. Mini bar snacks and drinks were free of charge. Staff also brought up snacks when we had first checked in. It's a good location in Old Town Macau. A twenty-minute walk from Senado Square and the ruins of St Paul's. Close proximity to Wynn and MGM hotels too (many eateries and sights around that area). The only con is that they do not have a shuttle service to and from the ferry. We had to take one from Starworld Hotel which is across the main road. It isn't too far but a little of a hassle with luggage.
