Room price is suitable for the room. You get what you pay for. In area C, the wifi is weak, I can't use it, I have to register for 4G. The pool chairs are too old, torn and punctured. In short, it's okay. For 300k, I don't ask for much.

Book a hotel but still have to stay with the host 😌

The room is about 3km from the old town, anyone who wants to book a room next to the old town should reconsider. Because our group was more than 10 people, there was a car to get around, the accommodation was quiet with a swimming pool. The receptionist was also enthusiastic, called to check again because our group checked in late, plus points for service. The accommodation has many trees so the staff reminded that there were many mosquitoes at night and also supported mosquito spray. Because it is 3km from the center, there are no restaurants around at night. The room is clean and spacious as shown in the picture.

In general, staying for 1 night was normal, nothing impressive, everything was old. The toilet had no hood and was broken. Price was ok. Friendly receptionist, swimming pool had no lights 💡. Not suitable for relaxation.

Friendly and enthusiastic staff, beautiful space, spacious room, about 3km from Hoi An center, the road is also quite easy to go. Everything is quite good The only minus point: the spring mattress hurts my whole body when sleeping, I only took a 1-hour nap and woke up with a headache. At night, I have to spread a blanket on the floor, I can't lie on the mattress. I hope the hotel will improve this point. Hope to have a chance to come back and have a better experience.

The room was terrible, old and of low quality, there were even cockroaches :(, the bed was so bad that my back hurt when I lay there, the sink was like it didn't exist, the wooden door had expanded after being left for a long time and couldn't be closed. Everything else was okay, view, swimming pool,....

Cửa phòng không cách âm. Khách đi về 3g sáng đóng cửa nhìu lần ầm ầm rung luôn tường, muỗi trong phòng , 5g sáng đã nghe tiếng nhạc rất to từ ngoài cửa sổ dù đã đóng cửa .

Không gian phòng hẹp, xấu, dịch vụ kém. Phòng vệ sinh nhỏ bẩn

Mình đã từng có 1 kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời tại đây, giường rất êm, tuy nhiên gối khá cao nên không được thoải mái. Phòng của mình chỉ có bồn tắm mà không có tắm đứng nên rất bất tiện. Vòi xịt của phòng vệ sinh thì lại được lắp đặt bên tay trái? Nhưng nhìn chung thì là một nơi rất tuyệt.
