Upon arriving midnight in rainy conditions, we were transferred to a hotel not far from Journey on the grounds that the hotel was full. And we've booked and paid for it, also confirm the arrival. Very very disappointed

Czech receptionists in the afternoon service was terrible. Room is small and rare. Parking a little less.

Staff are friendly and close to the supermarket.
