The room had all the amenities of home. However, the breakfast buffet could offer more dishes. The staff were friendly.

I stayed there and found it quite comfortable. You have to pay extra to get a room with a better view, so I stayed on the 11th floor with a nice view.

The room facilities are very complete, neat and clean. The best thing is that the room has full bottles of branded shampoo and shower gel, not some bottles of unknown origin. The staff is friendly from the receptionist to the security guard. Overall, the experience here is quite good.

I booked a Suite Room 1608 on afternoon 16th June 2022. The Protocol was too amateur, he did not behave in good service, he also forgot added my room in the hotel system. At midnight when I was having good dreams, he was calling me to disturb and asked my information to add to hotel system. I can not accept this terrible service, I booked the best room of this hotel but did not receive the good service as I expected.

Book 2 nights, when checked in, the receptionist said the room class does not include morning buffe. I have given an e-invoice for the room to be booked - with note of the attached utilities, the staff thinks it is strange because the system on your side does not have this utility displayed with my booking. And please take a picture from my phone, you say "I'll check and report back to me soon" - I accept. But from the time the check-in finished to the first night, there was still no response. And of course I didn't dare go downstairs to the buffet for dinner because I don't know if you've checked and took notes. And of course I have to eat out. The next morning too, so I decided to check out early. The service attitude of the staff is called okay. The question room needs 1 bed or 2, answer 1 bed. Up to receive, 2 single beds put together. Get the clean room cleaner.
