Our stay was great nice staff only thung was the shower has low pressure and could use a new head pretty old and my shower was pretty small other than that clean room and good breakfast

This was a place to lay your head. The beds are horrible. The air didn’t work correctly. The pool was very small. Breakfast was ok

Older hotel but very clean. Great service. Shower in our room was small but overall it was a great stay.

The stay was okay. The things we did not like were, the beds were really hard, so we didn't sleep all that great. The water in the shower didn't get very hot and kept filling up with water like it was clogged. The things we liked were, the breakfast was good, there was a nice selection. The staff was really nice (with the exception of the breakfast lady, she wasn't very friendly) and it was quiet.

We had an amazing time! The room was clean ,service was awesome,the breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly as well!!! Really enjoyed the balcony over looking the water.. while enjoying our morning coffee! Will make this our place to stay every trip now ❤️

Staff was helpful. Rooms were outdated but pretty clean.

Cleaned daily almost immediately when leaving the room. Breakfast was great, just missing ketchup. A/C worked well. Good sized fridge and microwave made the stay more convenient. I appreciate the daily soaps, shampoo, and lotion that were provided. There was a nice hairdryer to use. It's really close to a souvenir shop and there are a plethora of attractions nearby, like minutes drive to Dolly Parton's Stampede and you can see the Hatfield and McCoy Dinner Fued from the hotel. The pool has good seating and towels are at the desk. A good portion of the day in July has shade over the pool, which we felt was a major plus. Employees were friendly and sociable. We felt welcomed and appreciated. Lots of parking available in 3 locations, based on preference like parallel or under cover.

The rooms & staff were good for the price & the breakfast was satisfying.

I enjoyed our stay, rooms were clean staff was nice, hot breakfast was typical hotel style food with a waffle maker. No complaints.

Worst breakfast buffet services ever.. I won't go for this place ever again

We spent 5 nights at this hotel. It is an older hotel, but has been updated. The location is quiet, but central to the parkway. The price was good. It was sold out during our stay-which meant long wait times for the one and only elevator. The breakfast was good for the first morning, but got old quickly as the same exact food items were served every day. The hot water lever for tea is up towards the top of the coffee machine and was so high up, I was unable to see the level of water in my cup-so be careful. Overall though, a nice stay.

It was safe, quiet and not in the congested area of the parkway. It’s very close to shopping and some the best restaurants.
