Unfortunately, the staff member at the lobby on the day we arrived was discourteous and dismissive regarding our request to be moved from the second floor. Our room faced a noisy street, and although I asked to be relocated, she informed us that it could not be done until the following day. As a result, my husband and I were unable to sleep due to the excessive noise.
The next day, we were moved—however, once again to a room facing the same busy street. When I requested a quieter location, I was told that side of the hotel was reserved for Expedia guests, despite the fact that we had booked a total of four rooms for our entire family. It would have been helpful to know this policy in advance so we could have planned accordingly.
