Believe it or not, i truly enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable enough for me. Though this is just a low rating hotel, of course you can’t compare it with a 5 stars hotel, i mean for the money you spent, i still think it’s worth it! Also this hotel is just in front of a bus stop 96 which is very convenient if you plan to use metro a lot, it goes to piramide metro

Tuve una excelente experiencia. El personal fue muy amable, atento y flexible, ayudándome incluso con agua caliente para mis medicamentos y permitiéndome hacer el check-in un poquito antes. La habitación estaba bien, con bonitas vistas, y la zona era tranquila y segura, incluso de noche. Además, había supermercados, cafeterías y lugares cercanos para comprar desayunos y boletos de autobús. Como mejora, la habitación solo tenía ventilador y no aire acondicionado, algo insuficiente para mi por el calor y la humedad. Aun así, el baño compartido siempre estuvo impecable y tanto el desayuno como la atención del personal fueron excelentes a un precio muy razonable.

It was our first hotel in Italy, in Rome. On a way back we booked different hotel near by, much better, although more expensive. Hotel was all right for a first night, but I wouldn't want to stay there a second night.

Location was perfect to get around from airport, attraction, and to the cruise port

Super clean room. Great staff. Had some water pressure issues in the shower. Had to turn the hot water in at the sink because the shower didn’t have enough flow to draw the hot water. Once we figured out that trick, we were able to take a hot shower. Older building, so we weren’t overly surprised. Definitely would consider staying there again. Close to the metro, close to several bus stops, out of the tourist area, so plenty of local, authentic places to eat and have coffee.

The hotel is very well located if you are seeking a place near the train station. It is very far though, from any of the nice areas of Rome. So if you are looking for a location were you can walk towards the main areas of coffee shops, restaurants or landmarks, you will have to walk for 40 minutes before you reach any of those areas. The place from outside looks bad and it is uña quite noisy area, but once you get to your room is clean comfy and well maintained. Staff is kind and willing to help at all times. Price is very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. Breakfast included is really nice and allows you to start the day in a good mooth to enjoy Rome.

Clean, and good location

So we’ve all walked up there the place, dropped your head, and asked what did you get yourself into…well this was a classic’ don’t judge a book by its cover.’ There’s a small sign hanging on the edge of an older building. Once you’re in, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. The staff gave dining recommendations that were on point. The proximity to bus and subway lines was perfect. It’sa smaller room, but it was on par with what I’ve become accustomed to in most destinations especially for the price point. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

I ask for the water to be hotter to take a proper bath, but I did not had a proper answer. Breakfast is ok, the bed is good too

Breakfast was fine.

Paid for breakfast when i booked but when we arrived they tried to charge us 18 euro per person per day, then the ac we couldn’t use unless we paid more and its a per day rate of 30 euro. The pillows are hard and the bed sheets kinda itch. the “do not disturb” sign is optional for them had it on the door but they insisted on knocking louder until you answer. The first day we wanted to sleep in after a 16 hour flight and the maid didn’t know English so another guest nocked for her and was yelling through the door but i couldn’t understand because he spoke Spanish I believe. If you want a quiet stay i suggest a better location especially for food or stores. Its very loud and the “sound proof” rooms are a lie you can hear foot steps, kids crying and adult activities. If you want a kinda cheap place to stay and don’t t mind the bs then its the spot for you.

Read the description of the property, it is exactly as described we were on the 7th floor by the small reception where staff was located, it gives New York apartment vibes with 3-4 rooms on one floor, we got a small room with a bathroom. We did have privacy and were comfortable with our 2 day stay. Very close to train to travel to attractions, a supermart next door where we bought waters and other utilities.

It is a nice space to get some rest, not too far from the Trastevere train station (or a McDonalds) 8 mins walk to either. That was convenient to be able to get on transport to Termini train station or the main city by bus, just round the corner. We did get confused on how to actually find the entrance but called up and the guy on reception guided us. I did find that the shower temps weren’t great, at one point it just went cold. The overhead shower just wouldn’t warm up. Not sure what can be done there. There is also a supermarket right by it so that was handy to get snacks and drinks.

Sorry, but I will not reccomend this place. Reception on 7 floor, very small elevator, sometimes lack of worm water. I know that never will stay there. Breakfast was ok but everything i had to ask because all food was limited
