Relocated to La Asiana Express because the Dbest room was having trouble and was reportedly fully booked. They should have contacted guests before arriving at the hotel, shouldn't there be a guest contact person or sent an email via the app? You can still swim at Dbest, but you have to go back and forth between hotels, huhu. The La Asiana room wasn't as nice as the Dbest room. But overall, the stay was good.

Quite comfortable, but not all rooms are. The area is convenient for getting around, but it's lacking a restaurant, and the Wi-Fi is problematic.

The hotel is close to all Bandung city centers, Alun-alun, Braga, etc. Bandung city tourist destinations.

The hotel atmosphere is very bad, the elevator is broken, the breakfast, etc. Just know that and just once is enough.

The Wi-Fi is terrible, the rest is good.

Please wash the sheets and towels properly. They're dirty and stained. The towels are torn, and there are cockroaches in the room.

The AC couldn't be adjusted. When we booked, we requested a non-smoking room, but the bathroom was littered with cigarette ash. The floor was dusty, and the bathroom contained trash and cigarette ash. The sheets and pillowcases looked dirty and worn. The towels were also worn.

We booked 6 twin rooms. The hotel upgraded 1 room to a King size bed. Indo Mart is just across the road. The location is near Braga Street; easy to find food. We booked a driver for the whole 4 days of our holiday. The hotel has a spacious parking lot beside/behind it. The breakfast was also nice, delicious, and varied. There is a swimming pool & outdoor garden. The price is reasonable & value for money. We definitely recommend this hotel to others 👍 Room for improvement: Bathroom needs a makeover & water pressure needs to improve.

The service was okay, the room was clean, but it seemed like the towels weren't replaced so I didn't use them, and the pillows weren't very comfortable either.

Comfortable, only for the parking facilities because there is a lot of dust outside, and for breakfast there is not much variety.

I highly recommend this place for those of you visiting Bandung and wanting to be close to the city center. It's truly a great place. Plus, there's a 24-hour Indomaret right in front—it's simply the best.

The room was really spacious, and the Daikin AC was cold. Breakfast wasn't great, though. Check-in and check-out were smooth.

The staff was friendly, I stayed for 2 nights, and the room was clean. The location is on the roadside but there's no traffic noise, and it's only 6 minutes to Braga. There's an Indomart across the street, and the location is very strategic. The swimming pool is also clean. The facilities include free Wi-Fi, and the water heater is the most important thing, haha.

Not what I expected for the price. The pillows smelled and were a bit itchy when I slept on them. Cockroaches were always visible.
