We stay here because it is in a good location for us (near a family cabin), is not very expensive, and allows pets. Pet fee ($20) is very reasonable. Appreciate that it is family-owned. Beds are comfortable. Rooms have not been updated in probably 40+ years. Not particularly clean. We have stayed here more than a decade and keep coming back for the above reasons--for us specifically it meets our needs but it's not a very nice place to stay and we are there to sleep. Second day we had no soap, water lukewarm, etc.

Don't know how this property was rated as high as it was. The staff were good but the building was really old and in dire need of a major remodel. The large gap under the door made it impossible for the air conditioner to dehumidify the small room. The bedding was dirty and sheets showed obvious use before our arrival so I made them change them. Then that night my wife killed a bed bug crawling on her forehead and I had several bites on my legs and thighs the next morning. I should specify that I was on the pet friendly side of the hotel and the other side might have been better. The pet friendly side is a dump and I will never go back there for another stay.

The check in staff was professional. The beds were not comfortable. Not enough towels for people sharing a room. The ice machine was totally empty. The vending machine for soft drinks didn't work. The indoor pool was under temperature. The carpets were dirty. Not worth the rate charged.

The staff was nice. The WI-FI did not work. The room smelled like mildew and was so damp that my paper receipt was even damp. If we had been scheduled for more than one night, I would have had to cancel. Everything else about the room was fine, but that was a major concern and needs to be fixed.

There was no continental breakfast only had donuts. Also rooms smelled and especially hallways and cleaning could have been a little better. Outdoor pool and indoor pool and hot tub was nice. Beds were comfy. Also customer service wasnt the best.

It was a nice facility for the price we paid. The only thing i didn't care for was the check in office smelled of cigarette smoke. They need to use air fresheners because it's overpowering to non smokers. Staff was really nice though.

This hotel has been here for years, and it needs to honestly be completely gutted and redone. The rooms are so outdated, and I didn't even walk around the room without my shoes off. The rooms smelly musty and I left with a stuffy nose from all the potential mold. Please look into updating every inch of this hotel.

Great hotel with a nostalgic feeling, but modern amenities also. A full size coffee maker. Clean rooms. Friendly staff.

Bathroom was not clean, used towels and even hair still in the shower drain. Never have I been so disgusted in a room, then I tell them about it and the lady just says, we’re low on workers. Do not recommend

Little out dated but very clean and nice staff!

The stay was nice. It could use some updating as in usb plug ins in thr rooms.

Fun town, comfortable motel run by super nice people. We had a room with a refrigerator and microwave, and a REAL coffee maker. It's about a 20 minute drive to Ha Ha Tonka park. There's a fantastic dog park less than a mile from the motel. We had a lot of fun and highly recommend this place for the money.

Pretty old motel. But good value for the money. Really nice staff

The bed needs to be replaced. I have never stayed at hotel that didn't have little fridge till last night. Worst bed I have ever slept in.

The desk help was very friendly and accommodating. This hotel is in serious need of new chairs and floor, bathroom, and wall remodeling. The price is reasonable if you just want a quick overnight to stay in
