We had a wonderful, all too brief stay at this charming, beautiful, well-maintained and clean hotel. Our room was spacious and we had a beautiful view of the gorgeous pool. Our bed was huge and comfortable and the staff was very helpful, gracious and accommodating. The restaurant was delicious with lovely ambiance and music. Loved it, will absolutely recommend to friends, family and strangers.

The rooms were lovely, comfortable, spacious and clean. The pool was glorious and surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs, where you could also order food. We had a fabulous dinner at the restaurant. Will absolutely return!

Room was very nice, enjoyed the pool and really enjoyed the massage at the spa. Parking at the hotel was free , the meals on site were also very good at a reasonable cost. Also the air conditioning was a welcome pleasure as it the hottest time of the year right now. All the staff were very cordial and helpful to deal with.

Had stayed many times here before and always loved staying here! But the last time we came we booked the master suite since it was the only room available which was fine but when we got there it really wasn't worth the $250. The sheets had holes, the small couch had stains and to make matters worse we were in need of a shower and there was no soap! There's a bath tub and the bottles of soap were also empty! We asked the only person at front desk and he was looking for soap and was able to get us little bars a while later. We used the tub since we were paying for these amenities but the tub was leaking. We brought all this to their attention the next day at check out but we felt they didn't really care or thought of us as high maintenance but after this experience i doubt we return, we go yearly to Sayula. We might go to Casa de los Patios instead.

Great stay in August of 2024. The location is perfect - near coffee shops, a shopping center, and a hair salon. The staff is very friendly.
