Worst than ever… we went there for my wife’s Bday and it was utterly bad. We remembered it from our last time, 7 years ago, and it was nothing alike. They changed the owner and boy you can tell. We where expecting a hotel with resuaturant, wine tasting, massage and spa… we ended up with the restaurant closed, the massagist wasn’t there, so no service available and the hot water in the room didn’t work properly. We told the staff and nothing, no even an apology what’s so ever. So if you’re considering to stay there… DONT. Oh and the breakfast… basic 1€ bakery, dry eggs, brick juices…

The bed was so comfortable I planned to move. The staff was so friendly that for a moment I thought we were family, and everything was so clean it was almost a shame to leave the room untidy. If all hotels were like this, traveling would be much more dangerous for my wallet. A huge thank you to the lovely Dunya for your kindness and the joy you radiate at all times.

The hotel is very nice, with well-maintained and welcoming facilities. It's located 5 km from Peñafil, the nearest town. The service is practically nonexistent. They'll simply greet you and that's it. Want coffee? There isn't any. Restaurant service? No. A soft drink? Forget about it. Call reception? You'll end up going there anyway, since no one will answer. Looking for breakfast? Only after 9 am; don't even think about ordering it before then. Checking out? Leave your keys on the counter, as there's no one to notify. Many blessings for such a large investment in the establishment, but the service is so poor. It's a real shame.

A very nice and welcoming hotel. Clean and new. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The spa is very good, and the breakfast is excellent too. The receptionist, Dunia, was very friendly and helpful; she made everything easy and gave us recommendations for restaurants in Peñafiel and places to see. We'll be back!
