The hotel was in a great location, close to the metro and grocery store. The staff was nice and friendly and the owner’s dog were a cute fun surprise!

I was really surprised how over priced was it The room is too small Elevator hardly enough for 1 person and 1 luggage Very nice decoration though But not enough to make a comfortable stay I know mostly in Europe they dont have room service but the staff could at least help me with the luggage They refused I had to do it alone for 3 times up and down to 4th floor

Have stayed here many times. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but practical, and very clean. Brilliant location - can walk everywhere plus the Metro is convenient.

Room was clean and convenient. 5th floor overlooking an inner courtyard made it very quiet. Front staff vey helpful. Christophe has his cute dogs to welcome you. Great location right next to a station on the M4 line. Convenient breakfast option to get you started before your busy tour day. They do have an elevator.

Stunning gem of a hotel that has worked hard to differentiate, the management is incredibly helpful and welcoming, in our case welcoming us with a later check in (close to midnight) following a long train journey from Rome to Paris for a one-night stay. The hotel, room, management experience and incredible breakfast self service room made us wish we were staying there for longer - just to spend more time in the hotel itself. It has a beautiful lounge area for reading, and generally is a very positive space to be staying in. Nothing was too much trouble and left luggage after check out is offered and easy / secure - this was really helpful as we were visiting the Louvre museum (15 mins walk away) before Eurostar home. Fantastic location near Gare de Lyon and metro a few stops to Gare de Nord, too. Couldn't recommend it enough, thank you to Christophe for his warm welcome. We can't wait to come back, now my go to place for visiting Paris.

Reasonably priced, walkable location

Best staff ever. This is refurbished traditional hotel. Very clean. Good tech. My only suggestion would be coffee in the room.
