The staff is friendly and the hotel has a peaceful atmosphere. I've stayed here several times and have always been comfortable and happy.

Everything is ok, but check-in time should be expedited to at least 12 noon so that guests don't have to wait outside for too long, especially those from outside the area, who are definitely tired.

Awesome.. Clean.. Right in the middle of Tunjungan Street, there are lots of entertainment, food, and other things. I've always been here twice when I go to SBY. The facilities are also okay, clean.. Recommended if you go to SBY.. It's also close to TP, just walk through Tunjungan Market.. Cool

The location is right in the heart of the city. As soon as you exit the hotel, you're immediately greeted by the bustling streets of Tunjungan Street. You can even sit in front of the hotel and enjoy a coffee while watching the bustling mall. Sunday mornings are car-free, allowing you to see various activities along the street. The rooms are clean, with the architecture and interior reflecting the heritage feel of old Surabaya.

I have been to the Varna Hotel several times, although it is not a big hotel, it is quite cozy and clean.

The hotel is nice, I got it on the 2nd floor, the theme is vintage. The shower was broken, it came off, but I called the receptionist and the technician immediately came and replaced it. It's also close to Jalan Tunjungan. The hotel is clean. But the atmosphere is a bit strange, or maybe it's just my feeling.

Friendly staff, everything is good, breakfast is very limited, the hotel area is very strategic, you can find food everywhere nearby.

The reception staff were friendly and polite, helpful when we called from our room, and polite in their explanations. However, the parking attendant was unfriendly from the moment we arrived and didn't give us clear instructions about where to park our car because the hotel parking lot was full. They were also very unfriendly and impolite even after we left.

If you want snacks, there is Jigu Indomart in front. In short, the location is the best. I like staying here, because at night I can walk around the viewing area, or sit in front of the hotel while having a drink, it's close to everything, the room is also ok, just not airtight and yesterday the hot water couldn't turn on, but it's ok to stay here, I like the atmosphere

The hotel location is very good, not scary. There are many restaurants and photo spots. The room is okay, quite big, but not very soundproof. However, the room I got had an air conditioner that could not be adjusted. As for the breakfast, it was delicious and had a variety. Overall, I recommend staying here.
