Was fine, near the pulse of the center and near many places..noisy as they were doing some building work.

Surrounded by shops, small bars, restaurants and within very easy reach of a whole series of local bus lines taking you to the beaches.

Pretty clean, nice location near to restaurants and bakeries and in a quiet street. People at the desk were helpful and friendly.

The accommodation was very good for the price, location was quite central and it had a 24h reception.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, especially considering the reasonable price. My only suggestion would be to provide an iron for guests, which would enhance the overall experience. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to assist.

There was NO air conditioning available in the hotel room. There was NO housecleaning service for three days stay.

Dated decoration and shower room. Lack of kitchen facilities. Good reception staff. Not worth staying here again next time.

This hotel is a complete waste of time, confirned my booking along with hotels.com the emails from the hotel and hotels.com saying that they can't honour the booking and recommend3d another hotel which i booked, then 5 hours later emailed me saying they can honour the booking after i had booked the other hotel, they charged me and will not refund my payment, complete rip off merchants, stay well clear of this hotel shambles

This hotel was perfect good location and very friendly room was a lovely size and bed very comfortable the only thing was the shower was very small if you were bigger than a size 14 you wouldn't fit

Everything was nice. No complaints. It had a comfortable bed.

Very reasonably priced accommodation, comfortable and in a decent location. Friendly helpful staff. The only downside was no sheets changed in a 5 day stay, would have been good to have 1 change.

Excellent place with most things in order. Shower head at 2 meters high in a loose fitting is not a good idea.

The room is clearly old and dingy, with chipped kitchenette cabinet, worn countertop, and 2 burner cooktop that did not heat properly. No appliances were provided, not even an electric water kettle.The window looked directly into the neighbor's window and had no curtains, so the heavy metal shade had to be kept pulled down. With no other window or ventilation that made the room dark, hot and stuffy. No fan was provided. Utensils were minimal. The photo did not represent the reality. I could not recommend this accommodation.

Location convenient to everything - bus/train stations, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, museums. Half a block from a long pedestrian walkway. Great to be able to cook. Price is very good and staff very friendly and helpful. Only minus - Noise from other guests.

Santander is a great place to see and the apartments were in a great location, everything was within walking distance.

Room was well kept and clean. Unfortunately the bed was hard and the building was very noisy. I could hear every tap/ shower running and every door closing. It sounded like the hotel was very active all night, whether that was a once off the night I stayed or not, I don't know. but the place is echoey, has lots of rooms and needs dome soundproofing.
