Hot ac not great. Room was noisy with window open

Nice location, fair rate, but the family rooms had no door on the room with the shower - just a sliver of a pane of glass, so no one could shower privately. Very Odd!

Good property within close proximity to attractions. Spacious and clean room. Little bit of a walk from the central station. Friendly staff, very accommodative including early checkin facilities.

This facility was amazing! Had a room with a street view. The room was spacious and clean. The area is super awesome and great to walk around with many dining choices and street entertainers. So laid back and enjoyable! Totally recommend!!

Building is set up in a bizarre way. Confusing and long walk back to the room. We booked a suite which was extremely depressingly dark. (They had to give us a new room, due to the fact that there was excrement still in the toilet of the original room.) Bathroom was a very awkward set up, with zero chance for any privacy. Staff was rude and many spoke zero English (at least pretended not to).

Excellent hotel. Very comfortable, firm beds. Good shower. Convenient to the main sites in Dresden. Excellent breakfast. Helpful, friendly staff.

The hotel is very well located in the touristic heart of Dresden The room assigned was big and comfortable, oriented to the internal yard of the block The bad experience was around cleaning service, it did not happen, apparently some internal misunderstanding/ lack of control on the employees delivering it. Manager quickly reacted offering fresh towels, soap, paper and even some courtesy card for the bar.

Fabulous location, in Altstadt, all sites walkable and public transportation is right across the street. Spacious room, plenty of closet and drawer space, nice bathroom. The heating-cooling control is a little difficult to figure out: you can only go 3 degrees Celsius cooler or warmer than the hotel’s preset, whatever that happens to be! Our room was cold upon arrival but had warmed up when we came back for the night. Definitely a minor issue, highly recommend the hotel.

Nice hotel right on the square. Easy tram trip from the Hbf, easy walk to the Frauenkirche and Semperopera. Safe area, friendly staff and a great breakfast.

I had an excellent stay at Star G Premium Dresden! The hotel was conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The room clean with all the basic amenities. The check in and staff were great! I would highly recommend the Star G Premium hotel in Dresden.

Nice property well located at fair prices

Location is great. Lots of restaurants and other facilities nearby. On arrival, the room was not as clean as it should be, the bed was very firm, had to request a second pillow, the WiFi was not good enough and only allowed 2 free coffee pods for the room for a 4 night stay (available to purchase from reception or a nearby supermarket).
