The hotel was very nice. The perfect place to stay for a visit to Valance. The only negative was breakfast. Not a problem as there are many local options.

Excellent stay. I was only there one night unfortunately but after walking 10 km to watch the European cycling championships I was grateful for the very comfortable bed and excellent pillows. I had a great sleep😁. All of the staff that I interacted with were friendly and professional. Definitely hoping to return for a longer stay.

Room was clean and nice overall. A little update for the interior would be good but it’s still a good experience. Breakfast buffé wasn’t huge in selection but it was still good. Only negative thing about the breakfast was coffee. I think it just wasn’t good enough quality.

We stayed in the new addition and it was clean, comfortable and quiet. Valence is a great walking city with lots of close restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

The lift was not working and no one told us. They gave us a room on the third floor so we had to carry the bags up the stairs. The corridor on the third floor was smelly. The bathroom was very dated and not so clean. The carpet was old and stained. Our room belonged to a 2 star hotel at best, not a 4 star hotel.

Good parking out the back. However the lift was out of order on our check out and we had to carry everything downstairs. No notification or apologies on check out.

The property is very lovely. The staff are great and extremely helpful! The surrounding area is great for restaurants and shopping and walking. The property does not have a restaurant, but does offer a full breakfast buffet. Clean and great service.

Great location, nice property, well appointed. Seems understaffed because everything requires buzzers to find people, and it is always the same people either serving food, doing the front desk or working the bar or cooking pizza. Quiet.

Had a great 2 night stay. The room was small but adequate space and very clean and I loved that there was a counter in the bathroom to put toiletries on. Staff was very kind. Parking was easy through the gate behind the hotel and everything felt very safe. Location is excellent, right in the heart of downtown Valence close to all the restaurants and shops, was very easy to pop out for a late dinner the night of our arrival.

Hotel was in a great location. Staff were friendly and attentive. The hallway between the rooms was a little rundown and the en suite bathroom could do with updating. The room was pleasant, an adequate size and quiet. The view from our room was nice. Access to the parking area was very tricky and tight to access. Breakfast was good and check out was easy.
