Noisy due to wedding, struggled getting to sleep, room was ok and parking ok, didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment but would not stay again. It would be useful for website etc to explain there may be noise until late, was not a relaxing stay

Parking is good, stayed for two nights, disco on first night wedding on second night, was moved to a nicer room after complaining the second night - on the first night they weren’t interested in trying to help, staff on second night were more helpful, place not as seen on pictures, could do with updating, stained carpets, frill on bed coming off. Would not stay again

Stayed at the hotel for a wedding near by on Friday, check in was fast, unfortunately that evening my husband fell ill and we returned back to the hotel we had to call a ambulance and the duty manager omar was amazing, he phoned them up several times, and was so kind and thought full I could not thank him enough, listening to him with the staff and how he directed them with manners was a delight to see, and all the other staff were very friendly too, breakfast was basic but fair,and evening meal was OK, should of ordered a pizza as you had a great pizza oven and my sisters was good. Rooms clean and I had a very comfy bed, not that I stayed in it as I was in A/E all weekend, so hats off omar the staff are all great ,

The staff were welcoming and helpful, although the hotel does look a little tired in places. The room itself had a broken tile and the air cooling system (they don't have air conditioning) was broken but was generally comfortable. The biggest disappointment was the noise. Whilst I understand and appreciate they do host weddings and other events, no prior warning was given that there would be loud music being played into the early hours of the morning, followed by drunken shouting guests. The room reverberated and it was impossible to sleep. Had there been prior warning that both nights would have loud music, I would not have stayed. On the day of check out, there was further loud music in the morning due to a car meet in the grounds.

The lift was out of order which meant I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. There was air conditioning in my room but it didn't work very well, which made it uncomfortable in the evening especially with the heat at the time.

Definately not a 4 star hotel, maybe a 2 star. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is set on lovely grounds with plenty of parking but unfortunately the hotel itself is tired and in desperate need of some investent, room had dirty carpets and air con didnt work but was provided a fan stuck on oscilate. Wouldn't stay again unless improvements were made that being said location is excellent for getting to and frome wembley stadium in decent time.

Sadly cold showers and no AC in our two rooms.

When booking I thought the rate was reasonable for somewhere to stop for one night, and the pictures looked good. Maybe some rooms are OK, but the further you go from reception, the worse the hotel seems to get. We stayed on the hottest night of the year. There is no air con so even with the window wide open it felt like the gates of hell, and overlooking the main road so there was no chance of sleep due to the noise. I called reception (from my mobile) and asked if we could switch rooms but was told this wasn't possible because we had already been into the room. The hotel is a 2* at best. Our room was shabby and dated with multiple stains on the carpet, dirty window and stains in the bathroom. Wouldn't recommend staying here.

TV in room didn't work and socket for kettle didn't work. Breakfast very poor with no fruit , only greasy cooked items & a toaster that burnt toast

Rooms clean but very dated.

Other than two fittings in the room (toilet roll holder and mirror light) almost coming off the wall without touching either, our stay was very much enjoyable. Staff were accomodating and the building and gardens were beautifully presented.

Eden restaurant was first class All freshly prepared before you Staff very attentive and polite

Nice, helpful and welcoming staff. Lovely grounds and building. A nice buffet breakfast in the morning. Spacious, clean room. Lift was broken during visit wasn't an issue for us.

Nice location, not a lot included.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The staff were polite, kind and helpful particularly when we had difficulty switching on the shower, which we appreciated. However, we were unable to connect to the WiFi the hotel could not provide or sell a basic toothbrush. The room was advertised as soundproof despite us hearing considerable noise from guests in the corridor, especially in the morning.

The room was extremely hot due to the weather and one fan provided wasnt enough to cool the room. The full length mirror was behind the hanging facility

This property was absolutely stunning. The grounds were delightful and relaxing, and it was lovely to sit outside and enjoy a drink in the gardens. Parking was easy and secure close to our room, the room was huge, clean, comfy, airy and had a small fridge which was great to keep drinks cool. We would certainly stay here again 👍

The only problem I had was with some of the lights that were not working

Rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are amazing. The hotel and rooms are a little tired in places but for the price, cleanliness and staff it’s one of my favourite places to stay in the area
