Very nice room, quiet area, clean room, com bed. Used the workout room- one tread mill needed attention & the water was empty, but other than that, it was good.

I loved everything—the room, the very attentive staff, the peaceful and family-friendly atmosphere of the hotel. And the breakfast was amazing; everything was delicious, and they were always making sure to refill anything that ran out. We had an issue with the room’s air conditioning, but they changed our room as soon as we mentioned it at the front desk. Honestly, we were very satisfied with the service. I especially want to thank Diamond, who helped us right away after we told her about the air conditioning problem.

On the day I checked in, I have received complementory water. the next day water was not provided and they asked us to purchase water. Water should be provided as its basic need. Apart from this, the experience is good.

We love the Springhill suites. They are spacious for our family of five. The only inconvenience we had with this particular property was there was only one elevator in-service during our stay which made for long lines at the elevator. If you wanna climb stairs that would have been good option. Hopefully it’s just a short time out of service. We really enjoyed our stay.

The property itself was very beautiful and accommodating. The experience was awful due to my son's truck being stolen from the property. There were no cameras and the hotel is not responsible. Stay at your own risk. I will never stay again.

It was great! Everyone was so nice and welcoming, the cleaning staff was so respectful and loved our kiddos, and the free breakfast was great and constantly being restocked. I highly recommend!

The Springhill suites was very nice. I have to compliment the front desk staff who were very nice to work with. The only problem was that only one elevator was working and it was slow.
