Breakfast is a continental, not a buffet (paid an extra $61 for the breakfast). The food that was served was luke warm and hash brown actually cold. Check in and out was a breeze, staff very friendly, room clean, well set up, bed and pillows just ok. Very easy to get to casino and parking deck, felt very safe. Would stay again, but not get the breakfast. Thank you

The staff wasn’t friendly. They were on their phones a lot while they should’ve been tending to customers.

We had a very nice one night stay while passing through the area and the casino was a plus.

Great location

We were put on the 4th floor, with the walkway connecting to the casino. I told the gentlemen (who spoke very broken English) that we would not be visiting the casino and didn't want that. He still put us there saying "in case you change your mind" Had to keep the curtains closed because literally everyone using the casino walkway had a perfect view into our room. Lighting was horrible and very oddly the room was so humid that my hair and our clothes were damp the next morning. The security door to the hotel from the walkway was supposed to be accessible only with a key card but every time we left or returned, it was open.

Nice staff, very clean and quiet. Room had everything you need in it. Being right at the race track/casino was great. Parking was iffy on the weekend, but that's expected.

Property automatically charges for breakfast even if you don't want it unless you tell them you don't want it. Absolutely ridiculous that they were just going to charge me. I will not stay at another Hyatt over this.

Things were just fine. Comfortable!

The water in the shower was only Luke warm, the bed was very firm and u comfortable. When I went to check out I noticed they charged me for 2 days at the breakfast buffet that I didn’t eat. I asked them to remove it from my bill and he said I would have to call the manager on Monday. I don’t understand why he couldn’t just remove it right then and there.
