The room was fine, although there were some loud people upstairs slamming doors all night. The hotel is very beautiful with a wonderful view. However, the food was terrible and the service was also awful for dinner. Breakfast was a different story with lots of choices and wonderful food.

Remote location on top of a hill. Unless you have a car or are able to climb lots of stairs to return from the town not a good location. There are no food options other than the hotel’s anywhere near. Oddly, while there is a kettle for making tea or instant coffee there are no black tea options…only herbal teas. Even after I asked the room attendant she said only herbal teas. As an older couple without a car we felt a bit stranded. We did walk the “shortcut” to town but it was not attractive nor interesting but was necessary.

Everything was wonderful. The front desk staff were helpful and efficient. We enjoyed the gym and had a wonderful breakfast in the morning. We would gladly stay again.

Outstanding service. Recommend booking airport transfer service in advance as few taxis from Ancona airport. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate a delayed flight and collection from the airport, as well as a late night dinner. Superb people and lovely hotel.

great hotel close to city center and port of Ancona. we had a junior suite and it was very spacious, bright and clean. The staff at the hotel were all very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. It did not have a pool or beach but we had a car and drove to a beach and rented chairs and umbrellas. Great to be so close to many restaurants and shops.

This hotel can be difficult to find but once there it is an oasis. Valet parking is so easy. Staff are amazing. Their restaurant on the 4 th floor is a must do. Easy walking into the town. We had a window over the port and we watched the ferries and cruise ships come in. A great stay

We had a great stay here while we waited for our ferry to Croatia. The staff was very attentive and we highly recommend the spa!!

The room was large with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The shower was a little dated but had great water pressure and temperature. Our room faced the rear car parking and rubbish bin area, which at times late evening and early morning, was quite noisy. The breakfast was really nice with a great view out to the port. We walked from the train station no problems. It’s about a 7 min walk to the historical centre of Ancona.

Very limited opportunity to eat anything that is quick and good. Limited options. Upscale restaurant not bad but pricy and not for every day. TV and especially interactive Tv never works. Sometimes names of previous guest shows. Or none. During stay nothing gets “remembered” from settings. Depending on room you might be able to get Netflix. Others only Youtube. No chance of mirroring iphone devices. Only Android devices. Showers in “superior” rooms barely fit a toddler. Breakfast not bad but every day the same. Staff overall very friendly. But even after staying in property for over 30 days nobody knows you. With some exceptions. Even though staff always the same.
