We were delighted to stay at Kayu Arum. After a tiring road trip, staying here was one of our highlights in Salatiga. The hotel is beautiful, with lots of well-maintained and beautiful plants. It's also centrally located, saving us time on our travels to enjoy the very pleasant city of Salatiga. There's a gym and swimming pool, which are also open to the public. The building is colonial-style; we thought it was a renovated Dutch-era building, but it turned out to be a brand new one. So cool! We'll definitely stay here again if we ever visit Salatiga 🫶🏻✨

This place has become our favorite if we visit Salatiga next time. The ambiance and the comfort are memorable. The facilities are good. They have on-table chess, a swimming pool, billiards, and a gym with complete enough equipment.

At check-in, the staff wanted to take our luggage on a trolley. At check-out, the staff only wanted to carry our suitcases. We asked for a trolley because we had a lot of luggage, but the staff ignored us.

Good resort at Salatiga with classical Netherlands buildings from the 1900s era. Suggest booking during high seasons with other visitors staying at your buildings.

The service was exceptional! The staff were friendly, responsive, and very helpful with our needs throughout our stay. It was a perfect stay. The room was clean, the amenities were complete, and the service was truly excellent. The staff's friendliness made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

A calming and pleasant atmosphere

Staff was nice. The room is relatively clean.

It's a really good place to stay, very clean and comfortable. Good services and kids-friendly (so many activities in this hotel).
