I wouldn't class this hotel as 4 star. It is more a 3 star. Pros Excellent location Great breakfast A/C works brilliantly Bed was comfortable Good wi-fi Cons No complimentary water given. Not even on first day Dangerous bathtub where you have to stand to shower (Slippery and slanted) Tiny bathroom sinks Tea sachets in room not replaced very often

We usually do not give 5-star reviews, but this hotel truly deserves it. Everything was excellent, starting with the customer service—everyone was so kind and helpful, and they made our stay effortless. Nuria was especially wonderful, always caring, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was incredible, the parking was easy and convenient, and the hotel is in a great location close to everything. Overall, a superb stay.

Clean, modern, comfortable hotel near the heart of old town Valencia. The staff were all warm, welcoming, and helpful. This was our favorite hotel of our entire european vacation. Breakfast was excellent, and we appreciated the laundry service. We had a great stay.

Listing on Expedia is inaccurate. The listed room sizes are incorrect. The hotel says it is Expedia’s mistake.

Breakfast nice but orange juice seemed very watered down and things ran out and had to ask for more bread. Room very clean and bed comfortable

I requested a double bed room when I made the booking and also sent a message to the property to make sure they were aware of this, but I was given a twin room instead. After my journey, I was also charged extra because their system showed that I had used items from the minibar, even though I did not touch anything at all. Overall, it was an expensive and unpleasant stay.

It was nice and staff (all young) was very welcoming and helpful, We did not know about Las Falla when we arrived. It made navigating the city difficult, but it was a very interesting time in the city. The facility was nice, spacious enough and updated.

Great hotel, good location

All the staff were very friendly and heloful. The location was fantastic with everything nearby and an easy walk from the metro. Rooftop was small but lovely to sit out on. Breakfast from 7 - 11 very nice and relaxed. The only small thing was noise from people talking in the street late but I think this would happen anywhere.

We were welcomed and helped from the moment we arrived by the courteous staff. We were upgraded to a room with a ginormous bed. Bit too big for the room, really, but not a problem. One or two minor things weren’t in top condition, like the tissue dispenser in the bathroom and the dodgy plug. BUT, everything else was super. Clean, fresh, modern, quiet, just the right temperature. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a hotel with freshly made yogurt, pastries and smoothies alongside scrambled eggs, bacon etc. The location was perfect and it was great that we could leave our bags on the checkout day while we explored. It’s always hard when looking for hotels, as you never really know what they’re like until you get there, but we were very happy with our experience at the Vincci Mercat and would definitely stay there again.

We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, but we did have a dinner there and it was very nice. The staff is great. We had an issue with noise being right next to the elevator. Also, we could hear the people above us moving chairs until 02:00. I don't know why people don't invest in fuzzy furniture stoppers to cancel the scraping noise here in Spain. This hotel was advertised as having soundproof rooms, but that is not true.
