Hotel right on the snow, location couldn't be better. Buffet breakfast had a wide selection and quality food. Ski hire and lift tickets available at hotel. Rooms older but clean and comfortable

Excellent value and great location

Nice Place. Service staff was excellent. Arrived at 10am in the morning, expecting to check in only in the afternoon, but reception staff allowed us to check in earlier as they had available rooms. Room is clean, but slightly old. Nevertherless, service was very good.

Hotel a bit old and need renovation. Mattresses and pillows are too soft to our liking. Checking was smooth and fast. Service were also good. Location is not convenient if you don't drive. It is a ski resort during winter. Therefore its location is away from the city centre.

Food (breakfast & dinner) is excellent but would be better without dinner so can enjoy the many excellent Japanese restaurants that Furano offers.

The view from the car park, which is just a stone's throw away from the hotel entrance, is breathtaking! Furnace Delice is just around the corner and if you drive, it's pretty convenient to go to the town city as well as the famous Kumagera Restaurant!

開業から半世紀近く経っているようで、 経年劣化的なものを感じざるを得ないところはありますが、綺麗で過ごしやすいホテルだと思います。なによりあの三角屋根がとても好きです。

古いけれど、入り口からフロントの辺りが特に昭和レトロな雰囲気で、私は好きです。 スイスシャレー風の大きな三角屋根とホテル前の白樺もロマンティック。 ドラマ北の国からに、何度も出てきたホテルなので、ドラマファンとしては、ずっと訪れたかったので感慨深かったです。 朝食は充実した内容で満足。 私は使いませんでしたが、大浴場もあるようです。 部屋に蚊がいて、驚きましたが、山の近くだから こんな事もあるのでしょう。

施設が極めて古いです。 お風呂も大変狭く、大人一人でしようするのも難しいです。

お部屋が狭かったけど、仕方ないと思います。朝食は素晴らしかったです。

今まで無数のホテルを利用しましたが、あんなにへたったベッドで寝たのは初めて。ベッドは異常に沈み込み、端のワイヤーは直接肌で感じる。ソファベッドは更にひどく、ベッドの縦半分は硬く半分は柔らかすぎるのが、ペラペラのベッドパッドが意味をなさない為直接体に伝わる。いくらハイシーズンとはいえ、料金に見合わない料金設定は詐欺に当たる程だと思う。

古いホテルでしたが、大浴場やバイキング形式の食事は種類も多く満足いくものでした。

長い廊下と階段しかない棟があるので、障害者や高齢者は、宿泊の部屋の確認を事前にホテルに確認されておいた方が良いと思います。

環境不錯

全体的に満足してます 朝食美味しく頂きました wifeが接続出来ないのが残念です 静かな環境の中で滞在できましたが 朝日が部屋に当たり暑く目覚めました 冷房の効きも悪く 窓も開かず 不快な朝を迎えたのは残念でした 回りには何もない立地 売店が22時まで営業に助かりました
