Huge rooms, great beds, good breakfast, next to restaurants. Definitely stay again

Friendly staff, quiet and plenty of parking. Great breakfast

Clean and friendly. No room service for a two night stay, hot tub was not working.

We found everything acceptable except the beds were terrible. Everytime you moved they made a lot of noise. It seemed like the frames were loose. Also the mattresses were worn out with divits in them. We did not sleep well.

This hotel is very quiet and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly.

A couple guaranteed gluten free options at breakfast would be nice.

Probably the cleanest hotel around. A bit out of the city but totally worth a few more kms to stay here. Safe. Quiet. Clean. Welcoming staff and lobby area, well equipped gym, great breakfast. Even sparkling water on tap 24/7. Highly recommend.

Quiet, big and clean rooms

The rooms were dirty, we kindly let front desk staff know. They switched us to a different room. When we opened the sheets, it was full of hair and food crumbs, and dirt. I called front desk staff and they offered a new blanket, shut the bed and had us sleep on top on the top blanket, and cover with the blankets they brought. At check out we waited 20 minutes at the front desk for someone to come, had to ask cleaning staff if there was anyone there, they found the front desk lady, she came and asked if we needed a receipt and that was the only words she spoke. Very disappointed in our stay.

We had a wonderful experience with the staff
