Good location, good breakfast. The room backed to a cliff and was very warm, understandable due to the unseasonably warm summer

The hotel decor was trendy, which I liked. The location was great. Unfortunately the standard room we booked was way too small for two adults with two suitcases. The bed and linen was was very comfortable and fine for two adults but the size of the room was quite small.

Nice size room. Nice breakfast, best we had in Iceland. The location is excellent, right next to the water and between the centre and old town. Plenty of public parking available around the hotel.

Love the style of this hotel. We actually got an unexpected room… it was the top floor so the ceiling was actually slanted as it was the roof of the building. We hit our head a few times, but it was so unique for us that we didn’t mind. Beds were comfy and everything was clean. Breakfast the next morning was the best we’ve had and was included in our stay. We loved the variety. Parking was right in front of the building as well and easy to access. Overall would stay again!

The hotel is located just a short walk from the downtown core area and if you don’t want to venture out you can enjoy the vibe in the lounge area. The hotel has a unique scent that was created especially for this hotel and it smells beautiful! The staff were friendly and quickly helped to address a concern we had and their kindness was appreciated :) And make sure you go to breakfast hungry! It was quite a delicious spread!

Convenient location. You can walk down to shops and restaurants. Our rooms are clean and updated and best thing was breakfast was included and many varieties.

Excellent service food and room!

This was a fabulous base for exploring Akureyri and the surrounding areas while travelling the ring road. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The only downside was the air-conditioning couldn't be adjusted and the window didn't open so it was quite hot in the room (which understandably would be great benefit in the colder months). Otherwise, we had a fabulous time!

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. We had a twin room which was very small and unfortunately faced onto a stone wall. Otherwise good with excellent breakfast.

Would stay here again! This was a fantastic hotel for our trip around the Ring Road. The style was beautiful and charming, the toiletries (including the Dyson hairdryer in each room!) and mugs/espresso machine were fantastic, and the breakfast was unmatched. Highly recommend!
